Easy to find from the railway station and ideally situated for visits to the fabulous Teutonic Knights castle in Malbork. It's a small town and I only saw one other hotel.

Receptionists were very helpful, restaurant had great food and service, room was very clean. We had noisy next door neighbours, but when we called reception to report the noise, it was sorted out very quickly.
That smoking is allowed in every area of the restaurant. We had a 6 week old baby and were disappointed to learn that there wasn't a designated non smoking area. No stairs from the basement car park - only a lift. Even reception confirmed there are no stairs. My wife doesn't like lifts and any how shouldn't there be stairs in case of a fire?

Hotel is located very close to the Malbork castle, 5 minutes on foot. Hotel is located in main shopping street, restaurants, bars nearby. Food in hotel restaurant is nice. Personnel is really nice and helpful.
Room is ver small with a very small window, just like in being in prison. Even though it was a non smoking room it did stink like a smoking room.

The staff were very helpful and they allowed me to leave my car in the car park longer so I could visit the castle.
The duvets were to small for the beds.

The room was really clean and breakfast was good enough.
1. Site says it's right across the castle which is not the case. 2. The room was a bit of a strange shape with a small window as a result air was not reaching bed. in general the room was quite small. 3. Nothing special for the money it costs.

Located on the main street so very handy for centre.
No air conditioning and was very hot whilst there. My room was on the side of the main road so I was unable to leave windows open due to traffic noise. The main door is locked at 11pm so security have to let you in after then.
